We've been kneading dough since the Benson Grist Mill was making stone ground flour from the settlers hardy winter wheat. We still use this same flavorful grain in all our creations. You wont find this delectable sensation any where else. When mixed with locally grown fruit and topped with hand churned butter, we create an experience that you'd cross the plains for.
